## Services
- Building inspections to NZS 4306: pre-purchase, pre-sale, Standard House Inspection (thermal imaging and moisture testing included, from $550 + GST), and Healthy Homes inspections (from $150 + GST).
- Reports are delivered in plain English within 24 hours of the inspection, followed by a phone call to talk through the results.
- Property maintenance and renovations.
- Property and construction consulting.
- We do not carry out weathertightness inspections, but we look at cladding as part of a general inspection.

Greater Auckland (Central, East, South, Takanini and Papakura, Franklin, North Shore, West, North-west and Rodney) and North Waikato.
